Overview
As a Senior Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in leading and supporting administrative operations across three sites. Your primary responsibility is to manage and coordinate the administrative functions of the Stock Control, Inbound, and Web teams, ensuring accuracy in reporting and delivering a seamless customer experience.
Stock Control
You will be instrumental in maintaining stock accuracy across the Stoke sites. This includes identifying and resolving stock discrepancies, optimizing warehouse layout for space efficiency, and supporting the productivity of picking and driving operations.
Web Operations
The Web department is a fast-growing area of the business, responsible for the accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders across the Stoke sites. Your role will ensure operational excellence, uphold service quality, and maintain proactive communication with the Customer Contact Centre (CCC), especially when orders are at risk of delay.
